Registration
A
registration form
(PDF) must be completed for each student enrolling at the GCA.
There is a $15 registration fee.
The academic year will be divided into two 16-week sessions.
Group classes will be offered in 8 or 16 weeks sessions.
One half of the tuition is due with the registration form.

made at least on a monthly basis. Please contact us if you
would like to request special payment arrangements.
The $15 fee is a one-time fee per family, regardless of the number of sessions taken.

Payment Method
All funds received by GCA must be in check or money order made payable to: Cobb Symphony. NO CASH will be accepted. Please be sure to include student’s full name (first and last) and lesson or class is on each check or money order. Bank fees resulting from a check returned to
GCA will become the responsibility of the paying party and will be assessed to the student’s account.
Registration Procedure:
Registrations are accepted at the Cobb Symphony Orchestra offices during regular business hours (9 AM – 5 PM, Monday through Friday). Students may register:

Checks should be made payable to the Cobb Symphony Orchestra. You may visit our website at
www.cobbsymphony.org to download a printable registration form or request one in person or by phone at the Cobb Symphony Office.
