Cobb Symphony Chorus

Greetings!

It is concert week at last! The CSO Chorus had a wonderful rehearsal last week with Michael Alexander, and will have a final round this evening at our usual time and location (Marietta FUMC) with Bryan Black before joining the Cobb Symphony Orchestra for rehearsal on Thursday.

Just a reminder of the rehearsal schedule for the week:

Tuesday, October 13 – Rehearsal as usual – Marietta FUMC at 7:30 pm (Normal time & place)
Thursday, October 15 – Rehearsal with the Orchestra – Kennesaw State University, 6:30 – 8:45 pm
Friday, October 16 – Rehearsal with the Orchestra – Kennesaw State University, 7:00 pm – 9:00 pm
Saturday, October 17 – Concert! – Kennesaw State University, 8:00 pm concert, Call Time: 7:00 pm
Sunday, October 18 – Concert! – Kennesaw State University, 3:00 pm concert, Call Time: 2:30 pm

Thank you to all CSOC members who auditioned for Carousel solos. John Concklin was very impressed with the incredible talent of our musicians. We look forward to preparing for these performances after the first of the year.

Directions from I-75
Take Exit 271 (Chastain Road). Turn west
on Chastain Road. At the first intersection, turn right on
Frey Road. At the third traffic signal, turn left on Campus Loop.
Continue on Campus Loop Road ¼ mile. As you enter the roundabout,
the Bobbie Bailey Center will be on your left. Parking is available in any
of the surrounding lots.

Directions from Cobb Parkway
Turn east on McCollum Parkway, which will become Chastain
Road. At the sixth traffic signal, turn left on Frey Road. At the
third traffic signal, turn left on Campus Loop.
Continue on Campus Loop Road ¼ mile. As you enter the roundabout,
the Bobbie Bailey Center will be on your left. Parking is available in any
of the surrounding lots.
