November
17, 2009Dear Friends, Good afternoon! It was wonderful to see so many of you Sunday at the opening concerts for the Georgia Youth Symphony Orchestra and Chorus. The talent and enthusiasm displayed was amazing! Our CSO Chorus has only a few more weeks of rehearsal before the wonderful Holiday Pops concerts. Just a reminder – we will have rehearsal next week, November 24th, even though it is Thanksgiving week, since it is so close to the performance date. We will be joined by Michael Alexander at this rehearsal next week as we finalize preparations for the concerts. It looks like we will have a great crowd for both Holiday Pops performances! There are only a few tickets remaining for the 3:00 concert at the Murray Arts Center. If your family and friends have not yet purchased tickets, please encourage them to order soon, especially if they are hoping to attend the afternoon performance. The concerts are going to be wonderful! See
the link below for a Holiday Pops flier that can be distributed to
spread the word about the performances. People will not want to miss
this holiday favorite! Don't forget to
reserve your seats now. They are selling very quickly!Download and Share the Holiday Pops Concert Flier |
