Having performed on celebrated stages both in the U.S. and
abroad, American pianist Simone Dinnerstein was catapulted into
international stardom following the breakthrough release of her
2007 solo debut recording of Bach’s Goldberg Variations (Telarc).
The Philadelphia Inquirer placed Dinnerstein “in a league with
the great Beethoven pianists of our time.”

Annual Concerto Competition
The third annual CSO sponsored Young Artists Competition has
been announced! The competition is open only to all
current members of the Georgia Youth Symphony Orchestra and
Chorus program. Members may perform on their primary instrument
or another instrument (including voice and piano) provided that
the work performed is originally written for soloist and
orchestra.
