The Cobb Symphony Orchestras' Monthly Notes plan is a convenient and affordable way to support CSO Annual Fund campaigns on an ongoing basis. By enrolling in the plan, your charge card will be automatically billed every month, making it easy to spread your generosity over time.

Upon completion of this form, Susan Stensland or Brian Hermanson will contact you directly to securing receiving your credit card information.

Your charge card will automatically be billed every month until you notify the Cobb Symphony Orchestra in writing that you wish to change or discontinue payments. Each September, you will receive confirmation regarding your donor level and total amount for the coming fiscal year. You will also receive a summary in January to assist you in your tax preparation.
