Welcome to the Cobb Symphony Orchestra (CSO)

Access to CSO

The CSO is committed to providing access to CSO for everyone. No patron should ever be denied entrance to a concert because of access needs.

Ticketing Assistance

There is a dedicated telephone line- (770) 429-7016 -for disabled patrons who would like to purchase CSO tickets, or who need information about disability services at CSO. A staff member will answer calls during regular business hours and will respond to messages left during off hours the next business day.

Accessible Seating

Accessible seating for patrons in wheelchairs is located on the orchestra floor. These seats are available at every price level. CSO can also accommodate the access needs of patrons not in wheelchairs. Please contact Susan Stensland at (770) 429 - 7016 or sstensland@cobbsymphony.org for assistance.

Drinking Fountains/Beverage Services

Accessible water fountains are located by all restrooms in the Murray Arts Center on the orchestra level on the Stilesboro Road side of the hall. Beverage service counters are in the Grand Lobby on the orchestra level. Patrons with disabilities who require assistance should notify an usher.

Wheelchairs

Wheelchairs are available upon request at the Access Service Center for patrons who need assistance getting to their seats. A staff member or an usher will assist you.

Elevators

The elevator on either side of the Grand Lobby at the Murray Arts Center brings patrons to all levels of CSO.

Service Animals

Service animals accompanying patrons with disabilities are welcomed in CSO. Patrons should inform a representative when purchasing tickets at the Subscription Office (770-429-7016.

Restrooms

All restrooms at the Murray Arts Center are accessible.

Telephones

Accessible telephones are located on either side of the Grand Lobby on the orchestra level.

Parking

On-street parking for patrons with disabilities is available on a first-come, first-served basis at the Murray Arts Center.

Rush Tickets (CSO Concerts Only)

Patrons with disabilities that make it difficult to stand in the Rush Ticket line can arrange to purchase them in advance, by calling Susan Stensland at
(770) 429-7016.. Tickets will be held at the Will Call Table.

Emergency Evacuation Procedures

Designated CSO ushers and security personnel have been trained in proper procedures for emergency situations. These staff members will have the primary duty of assisting patrons with disabilities to specific locations.

Smoking

Smoking is prohibited at the Murray Arts Center.
